Form a crew. Log your lifts. Send them to war.
GymWars turns your weekly training into a real team competition with real stakes.
No spam. No noise. Just a ping when we launch.
You and your boys are already competing. You already know who had the better week. GymWars makes it official — a live scoreboard, real trophies, and a crew rivalry that runs Monday through Sunday, every week.
Log a lift. Watch your crew's score move. Win the war. Lose and you want to come back harder next week. That's the whole thing.
2–6 people. Your gym squad, your boys, your team chat. You pick them. Every week, GymWars matches your crew against a rival crew at your level.
Every set you log in Push, Pull, or Legs earns your crew points. Your bodyweight-normalized score means a 140lb lifter and a 200lb lifter compete on equal ground.
Win 2 of 3 categories and your crew takes the war. Trophies move. Tiers shift. Come back next Monday and run it back.
Every week, three categories are contested. Win the majority and you take the war. Your crew's combined volume — weight × reps × sets, normalized for bodyweight — determines each category winner.
Win wars, earn trophies, climb the ladder. Every crew starts at Bronze. Elite is earned. Lose a war and you drop — there's no coasting here.
Win a war: +30 trophies. Lose: −15. Beat a crew above your tier: +10 upset bonus. Get upset by a lower crew: −10 extra. Every match is real.

Yes. The core game — logging lifts, joining a crew, competing in wars, climbing the tier ladder — is free. A Pro subscription unlocks advanced stats, war history, and profile customization. Crew Pass lets your whole crew go Pro together at a reduced rate. You don't need to pay to play.
iOS first — iPhone only at launch. Android is on the roadmap. If you're an Android user and you join the waitlist, you'll be the first to know when it's available.
Every lift is normalized for bodyweight. The formula is: weight × reps × sets × (175 ÷ your bodyweight). A 140lb lifter and a 220lb lifter compete on equal ground — the heavier person can't just brute-force the scoreboard. What matters is your output relative to your size.
Every Monday, your crew gets matched against a rival crew at a similar trophy level. You have until Sunday to log as many Push, Pull, and Legs sessions as you can. Each category is scored independently — the crew that wins 2 of 3 categories wins the war. Results lock Sunday night and trophies move automatically.
You lose that category. Consistency is how you climb. There are no excuses — that's the point. The crews at the top of the leaderboard show up every week. Crews that don't stay active will drop in trophies and get matched against easier opponents, which is its own motivation to come back harder.
Your raw lift logs are private. During an active war, your crew and your opponents can see your category score (not the individual lifts). The league leaderboard shows crew-level stats only — trophies, tier, win rate. Nobody outside your crew sees your specific weight, reps, or sets.
